သံုးဆယ့္ရွစ္ျဖာ မဂၤလာ

Thirty-Eight Blessings၁ ။ အေသ၀နာစ ဗာလာနံ ၊ ပ႑ိတာနဥၥ ေသ၀နာ ၊ ပူဇာစပူဇေနယ်ာနံ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
1 . Not to associate with fools , to associate with the wise and to honour those
who are worthy of honour ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ -၁ ။ ဒုစရိုက္ျပဳသူလူမိုက္ႏွင့္မေပါင္းသင္းျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂ ။ ဒုစရိုက္ ေရွာင္ၾကဥ္သူ လူလိမၼာ ပညာရွိႏွင့္ ေပါင္းသင္းျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃ ။ ရတနာသံုးျဖာ ဆရာ မိဘ စေသာ ပူေဇာ္ထိုက္သူကို ပူေဇာ္ျခင္း ။

၂ ။ ပတိရူပေဒသ ၀ါေသာစ ၊ ပုေဗၺ စ ကတပုညတာ ။
အတၱသမၼာပဏီဓိ စ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
2 . To reside in a suitable locality , to have done meritorious deeds in the past
and to set oneself in the right course ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ -၄ ။ ခ်မ္းသာေကာင္းက်ိဳး ပြားးတိုးေစရန္ သင့္တန္ေလ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာအရပ္၌ ေနထိုင္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၅ ။ ေရွးေရွးဘ၀၌ ဒါန စေသာ ေကာင္းမႈတို႕ကို ျပဳစု စည္းပူးခဲ့ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၆ ။ မိမိ၏ ကိုယ္ႏွင့္စိတ္ကို အျပစ္ကင္းေအာင္ ေကာင္းစြာထားျခင္း ။

၃ ။ ဗာဟုႆစၥဥၥ သိပၸဥၥ ၊ ၀ိနေယာစ သုသိကၡီေတာ ။
သုဘာသိတာ စ ယာ ၀ါစာ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
3 . vast learning , perfect handicraft , a highly trained discipline and pleasant
speech ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၇ ။ အၾကားအျမင္ ဗဟုသုတ မ်ားျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၈ ။ စက္မႈလက္မႈ အတက္တစ္ခုခု တက္ကၽြမ္းျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၉ ။ လူမႈေရးက်င့္၀တ္မ်ား သင္ၾကားထားျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၁၀ ။ အျပစ္ကင္း၍ အက်ိဳးရွိေသာ စကားကို ေျပာဆိုျခင္း ။

၄ ။ မာတာပိတု ဥပ႒ာနံ ၊ ပုတၱဒါရႆ သဂၤေဟာ ။
အနာကုလာ စ ကမၼ ႏၳာ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
4 . Supporting one ' s father and mother , cherishing wife and children and
a peaceful occupation ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၁၁ ။ မိဘတို႕ကို လုပ္ေကၽြးျပဳစုျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၁၂/၁၃ ။ သား သမီး ႏွင့္ ဇနီးတို႕ကို ခ်ီးေျမွာက္ေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၁၄ ။ အေႏွာက္အယွက္ အရႈပ္အေထြး မရွိေသာအလုပ္ကို လုပ္ျခင္း ။

၅ ။ ဒါနဥၥ ဓမၼစရိယာ စ ၊ ဥာတကာနဥၥ သဂၤေဟာ ။
အန၀ဇၨာနိ ကမၼာနိ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
5 . Liberality , righteous conduct , the helping of relatives and blameless
actions , this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၁၅ ။ စြန္႕ႀကဲေပးကမ္း လႈဒါန္းျခင္း။
၃၈ - ၁၆ ။ သုစရိုက္တရားမ်ားကို က်င့္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၁၇ ။ ေဆြမ်ိဳးတို႕ကိုေထာက္ပံ့ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၁၈ ။ အျပစ္ကင္းေသာ အမႈတို႕ကို ျပဳျခင္း ။

၆ ။ အာရတီ ၀ိရတီပါပါ ၊ မဇၨပါနာ စ သံယေမာ ။
အပၸမာေဒါ စ ဓေမၼသု ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
6 Cassing and abstaining from evil , abstention from intoxicating drinks
and diligence in virtue ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၁၉ ။ ဒုစရိုက္တရားတို႕ကိုေရွာင္ၾကဥ္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၀ ။ အရက္ေသစာ မေသာက္စားျခင္း ။
၃၈ -၂၁ ။ ကုသိုလ္တရားတို႕ကို မေမ့ျခင္း ။

၇ ။ ဂါရေ၀ါ စ နိ၀ါေတာ စ ၊ သႏၱဳ႒ိ စ ကတညဳတာ ။
ကာေလန ဓမၼႆ၀နံ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
7 . Reverence , humility , contentment , gratitude and timely hearing of
the Dhamma ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၂၂ ။ ရိုေသထိုက္သူကို ရိုေသျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၃ ။ မိမိကိုယ္ကို ႏွိမ့္ခ်ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၄ ။ တင္းတိမ္ေရာင့္ရဲျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၅ ။ သူတစ္ပါး၏ ေက်းဇူးကို သိျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၆ ။ ေလ်ာက္ပတ္ေသာအခါ တရားနာျခင္း ။

၈ ။ ခႏၱီ စ ေသာ၀စႆတာ ၊ သမဏာနဥၥ ဒႆနံ ။
ကာေလန ဓမၼသာကစၦာ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
8 . Forbearance , obedience , seeing Bhikkhus and religious discussions
at the right time ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၂၇ ။ သည္းခံျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၈ ။ ဆံုးမစကားကိုနာယူလြယ္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၂၉ ။ ရဟန္းသံဃာ ကို ဖူးေမွ်ာ္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၀ ။ သင့္ေလ်ာ္သည့္အခ်ိန္မွာ တရားေဆြးေႏြးျခင္း ။

၉ ။ တေပါ စ ျဗဟၼစရိယဥၥ ၊ အရိယသစၥာနဒႆနံ ။
နိဗၺာနသစၦိႀကိယာ စ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
9 . Self-control , Holy Life , perception of the Noble Truths and the
realisation of Nibbans ; this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၃၁ ။ ဣၿႏၵိယ သံ၀ရ စေသာ တပ အက်င့္ ကို က်င့္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၂ ။ သစၥာျမင္ေၾကာင္း အက်င့္ေကာင္း အက်င့္ျမတ္ကို က်င့္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၃ ။ အရိယ သစၥာ ေလးပါးကို သိျမင္ျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၄ ။ နိဗၺာန္ကို မ်က္ေမွာက္ျပဳျခင္း ။

၁၀ ။ ဖု႒ႆ ၊ ေလာကဓေမၼဟိ ၊ စိတၱံ ယႆ နကမၸတိ ။
အေသာကံ ၀ိရဇံ ေခမံ ၊ ဧတံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
10 . If one ' s mind is sorrowless , stainless and secure ( in Nibbana )
and is not disturbed when touched by worldly vicissitudes ,
this is the highest blessing .
၃၈ - ၃၅ ။ ေလာကဓံတရားႏွင့္ ေတြ႕ႀကံဳရေသာ္လည္း စိတ္တုန္လႈပ္မႈမရွိျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၆ ။ စိုးရိမ္ပူေဆြးမႈ မရွိျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၇ ။ ကိေလသာျမဴမရွိျခင္း ။
၃၈ - ၃၈ ။ ကိေလသာ ေဘးရန္ မရွိျခင္း ။

၁၁ ။ ဧတာဒိသာနိ ကတြာန ၊ သဗၺတၱ မပရာဇိတာ ။
သဗၺတၱ ေသာတၱိ ံ ဂစၦ ႏၱိ ၊ တံ ေတသံ မဂၤလမုတၱမံ ။
11 . Those who , thus acting , are everywhere unconquered , attain
happiness everywhere ; to them these are the highest blessing .
